Alison Kerlin has a MLHA (Master Ladies Hairdressing Association of Australia, Diploma). This Diploma is acquired after a four-year apprenticeship with a Master Hairdresser and Vidal Sassoon Master.

Alison is a creative styling master with 25 years of professional experience. She has developed her hairstyling and cutting techniques to transform clients on a daily basis. She holds a Precision and Creative Advanced Styling Certification with Vidal Sassoon and Advanced Stylist Certification with Edward Beale. In addition to her work as stylist, she has been a Pastor on the staff in a large church in Australia for 5 years. During her time there, she has had the privilege of speaking publicly and privately with a wide variety of adult and youth that participate in the social programs and activities at the church.

Alison has worked with some of the most renowned hairdressing Salons in Australia, including the House of Leonard in Double Bay Sydney and Edward Hui in Brisbane, serving politicians, (former premier of Queensland, Joe Bjelke Peterson, and his wife as well as Australian artist Pro Hart and his wife) stockbrokers and TV personalities (ABC television Australia journalists, Anchors)

After opening two successful Salons in Sydney, she started an innovative personalized styling service in Australia in 1990. She worked with numerous sporting personalities, Rugby League stars such as Andrew Ettingshausen, Matt Rogers and other CEO’s and Managing Directors, helping them select the hairstyle that not only fits their professional requirements, but also enhances their personal brand. She now works primarily with a high-end corporate clientele in Singapore and offers her services to the ImageAsia™ certification course students in both the Foundation and Foundation + Advanced courses.
