In 2004 I opened my own company, Eight Lions Corporation, which imports fashion lines and luxury goods to Vietnam. The company grew rapidly and in a few years was running on oiled wheels with an exceptional management team and a staff of over 100. As I am a huge fan of life-long learning, and a practicing HR consultant, I decided it was time for me to take on coaching, etiquette and image consulting skills.
I attended the London Image Institute Executive Course module of the ImageAsia Training in Hong Kong. I was a bit apprehensive about being the only guy in the course, but Lynne, Christina and the other participants made me feel comfortable right from the start. With the new skills and information I received I literally reworked a large client proposal and signed my first image consulting project the week after graduation.
As a certified Executive Coach, I was delighted to add to my coaching skills and found the information on creating a personal brand to be practical for business people who want to differentiate themselves. I have integrated the LII process into the holistic approach I do on image consulting and branding with my clients.
A few months after graduation, I joined the Graduate Division training on sales and marketing in Atlanta. As a result, I now work with a journalist who is producing a series of articles about me that I submit as press releases and make available to potential clients.
Lynne really inspired my confidence and has continued to offer valuable advice and support as I continue the journey of mastering Image Consulting.
