THE ADVANCED EXECUTIVE COURSE
The seven-day Executive Course is an advanced program, which provides simple, effective and proven methodologies that enable you to teach seminars in image, professional presence, non-verbal communication and business protocol. You are also trained to critique individuals and to execute one-on-one consultations effectively.
There are four major components of the course. The first component deals with the technical aspects of image: Professional presence, appearance, body language and non-verbal communication. These are all treated at train-the-trainer level. You should have a basic knowledge of fashion terms, design features and teaching techniques. You will learn simple methods to teach complex image concepts and in-depth coaching models for all levels.
The second component provides you with business development skills. You will leave with a vision, brand values, goals and an action plan that will be appropriate for your level of experience and professionalism. We will help you focus and direct your energies to create and develop these goals.
The third component gets to the core of the human experience. This course is as much about you as a human being as about your knowledge. In order to teach seminars and critique people effectively, you must have confidence in your own opinion and trust your abilities and experience. We maintain that the quickest way to learn to teach anything is to practice. The exercises, processes and practices that you do in the course are ones that you may apply later as a coach, facilitator or consultant.
The fourth component of the course is the two-month follow-up. In the course, you will develop your own action plan. The follow-up coaching will help you keep on track. Ultimately, your success lies in your ability to stay focused and accomplish your goals. We provide you with a structure to help you do that for the first two months after the course.
These sessions will prepare you for the Association of Image Consultants International, (AICI), First Level of Certification examination. (FLC)
