The Master Curriculum for Professionals

The Emily Post course is super. Peter Post delivers enormous amounts of information and goes over loads of workplace scenarios as well as the usual dining etiquette and greetings, handshakes etc. I think every base in both social and professional situations is thoroughly covered and every knotty problem examined.

The PowerPoint slides and the scripts to deliver the information are extremely clear. In addition, each concept or workplace scenario is followed by suggested directed actions so that the attendees can implement solutions into their own lives. Quizzes, True/False tests and discussions are also used to break up the information. I particularly enjoyed going through the "Difficult Situations", a principle-based exploratory model which completely elevates the program from the type of “How to hold a fork” training that is traditionally associated with etiquette programs. (We were also taught how to hold a fork!)

The course is extremely good quality and value. As a trainer, you will feel well served and go away with tons of material that you can use immediately, backed by the most credible name in etiquette training in the USA today".
